We are looking for a Senior/Lead for contact center solutions. You will develop the application’s server side, design the application logic, and maintain the databases. You will strive to achieve and maintain high performance and responsiveness, prioritizing the responsiveness to requests from the front end above all else.
▶️ Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on coding and code review as other peer developers as needed.
- Understand the requirements of the stakeholders or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this.
- Design, develop, review, implement, maintain, and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required.
- Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Assist with the creation and development of feature requirements.
- Report issues with the code and improve upon them.
▶️Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of programming background.
- Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
▶️Technical Requirements
- Professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Mastery in Node.js, Nest.js, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns and enterprise application architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in frontend development, particularly with JavaScript frameworks: ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, Typescript, etc.
- Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities: maintainability, re-usability, code review, unit testing, integration testing, etc.
- AWS certification is a plus.

- Basic knowledge or experience with CI/CD and a cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP).
