[EM&AI is hiring] Senior Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research the market/customers, and prepare research reports for planning when required
Plan/budget monthly/quarterly marcom projects and Partnerships (MPM)
Monitor, supervise, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s activities, marketing programs and brand development.
Directly manage and develop the Company’s marketing/communication channels on multiple platforms
Plan and implement Lead Generation activities to create leads/sales opportunities across channels, optimize ROI in all marketing activities, and report performance periodically.
Directly deploy or monitor digital advertising campaigns (Facebook/Google/Linkedin ads, SEO…), calibrate and supervise contractors.
Plan and directly implement events (customers, internal) of the Company.
Coordinate with internal personnel or suppliers to produce Media in the form of images, video clips, articles/press releases,… for the company.

Carry out communication and marketing/event activities with partners (technology companies) on digital channels/press/prints about solutions/products.
External and internal communication: Implement and coordinate external and internal communication activities with the Company/Group.
Plan and develop sales documents for the Company’s products and services.
Perform paperwork management tasks with partners/agencies (payment, storage of payment records,…)
Perform other tasks as directed.

Graduated from University or higher, preferably Foreign Trade, Marketing,…
2 years or more experience in marketing/events/communications, preferably working in technology companies.
English: good listening, speaking, reading and writing (required)
Good presentation and public speaking skills; Don’t be afraid to communicate
Experienced and proficient in SEO, Facebook/Google/Linkedin ads, proficient in marketing automation tools.
Have good project information management and budget management skills
Good writing skills, and creative thinking.
