After the initial success of the AI assistant serving the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, EM&AI and NewIT signed a strategic cooperation agreement to expand the market for AI Chatbot and Voicebot solutions developed by EM&AI.
On the afternoon of May 22, NewIT representative – COO Nguyen Manh Hung and key personnel visited the EM&AI office and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CEO Le Ngoc Tri with the content:
- NewIT will support business and sales for EM&AI’s AI solutions in the Japanese market.
- The two sides jointly develop and provide “enterprise” AI solutions for each Japanese customer
NewIT is a company specializing in building a human resources platform specializing in technology consulting & solutions. This cooperation promises to expand more opportunities to promote Vietnam’s practical AI application solutions in the Japanese market. This year, the two sides will jointly deploy many projects, including an AI assistant project to internally support call centers with more than 500 employees in Japan.
We hope that the cooperation of EM&AI and NewIT will bring sustainable development values to both sides and bring potential AI products to the land of the rising sun.
